01. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire talented engineers in an agile development environment to innovate, implement, and deploy and own end-to-end complex software solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment for millions of customers.
  • Develop and grow engineering talent through effective mentoring, coaching, and retention strategies in a fast-growing, highly competitive economic environment.
  • Design, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency and efficiency of the company’s services.
  • Manage planning and execution to successfully deliver value to our customers.
  • Partner with product and other stakeholders, to drive desired outcomes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience
  • Solid experience building large-scale applications in any object-oriented language preferably C#
  • Solid experience in designing, implementing, monitoring and scaling of web apps and APIs preferably in .NET/Core
  • Experience building mobile apps in iOS or Android.
  • Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles
  • Proficient in unit-testing, TDD, BDD/ATDD
  • Experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS
  • Solid experience of building applications in distributed systems architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, SOA and RESTful Services)
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques

02. Front-End Engineer – Salesforce

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to designing and building applications partner onboarding experience as well as the lives of thousands of Sales Representative and Account Managers agents working with entities all around the world.
  • Taking part in improving and scaling a microservice architecture using API/event-based communication.
  • Practicing modern software development methodologies such as Continuous Delivery, TDD and Scrum.
  • Be an active partner for Product management in order to provide the best value for our stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional and international agile teams
  • Working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Requirements:

  • Practical experience as Frontend Developer: vanilla JavaScript, Typescript, CSS/HTML…
  • Practical experience with FE  testing automation frameworks (ie. Selenium, Jasmine, Needle)
  • Practical experience with CSS preprocessors (ie. SASS, LESS)
  • Practical experience optimizing the UI performance for different types of devices and browsers.
  • Expertise with ReactJS or Angular or VueJs
  • Experience with unit/functional testing, SPA development and toolkit such as gulp or webpack
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent education or practical experience
  • Passion for clean and beautiful code with an eye for simplicity and pragmatism
  • Practical experience with Design Patterns, Design Principles, Software Architecture and Algorithms and automated tests (unit, integration and functional)
  • Ability to get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly
  • Keen to constantly learn and improve your own skills, and not afraid to jump into new things
  • Curiosity, creative outside-the-box problem solving abilities and an eye for detail

03. TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and execute automated test cases
  • Test automation frameworks and cover relevant test scenarios with automated tests
  • Challenge current testing tools and approaches and constantly find improvement areas
  • Work very closely with the whole team and share your knowledge
  • Providing clear, regular and consistent reporting to other members of the team
  • Proceed with some manual tests when necessary
  • Perform exploratory and usability testing when necessary

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Javascript)
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Selenium WebDriver, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG/NUnit
  • Basic knowledge of SQL language
  • Basic understanding of web architectures and technologies such as REST APIs, microservices is nice to have
  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools is a plus: Git VCS, GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in agile environments (e.g. Scrum), enjoying close collaboration within a cross-functional, self-organized team
  • Passionate about quality and exploring different types of testing
  • Having an eye for detail but still looking at the big picture
  • Enjoying learning and sharing knowledge with other team members
