Replacement Guarantee
If a candidate you have recruited through us leaves your organization within three (3) months of the date of commencement, whether due to a resignation from their side, or a termination of the contract from your side, we will use reasonable best efforts to provide you with a replacement candidate, free of charge

Technical Assessments
We will assess all the candidates technically by sending coding assessments to make sure they are technically fit.
